This program is for those business owners who really want to kick their business into high gear at a fast pace. This level is not for the faint-hearted or the non-committed; it is for those owners who really want to make a significant difference and are not afraid of taking on challenges.
1. Businesses at this level usually already have good systems, well defined niche markets, sales & marketing strategies, and a solid team, so we focus on fine tuning everything to improve your leverage to truly help you, as the owner to get “out” of your business.
2. Owners at this level know that working with a business coach will dramatically improve their life and the position of their business in the market place.
3. With this program, your personal and your business goals are combined. Working on both yourself and your business is the key to achieving what you want in your business. Yes, we work on your business, but as your coach, there is more demand on us to really perform and not let you get away with all those old habits that can hold you and your business back.
- First month... We complete your Alignment Consultation for you and your team
- One (1) weekly coaching session... focus on implementation of your 90-day plan and using the ActionCOACH 6 Steps process, plus education and weekly accountability.
- Four (4) hours per quarter... for in-house team training, meetings and development.
- Four (4) interview, meetings, information gathering sessions per year... with suppliers or key clients, support providers to establish their viewpoints, feedback and ideas for your business growth.
- Annual GrowthCLUB membership (value of $1,980 per year).
- Ongoing research... in the ActionCOACH network and with coach brainstorming.
- One book or CD/tape set each month... for your personal growth and learning.
